Body: Apply after a bath or shower to lock in hydration. as massage oil,

Hair: Add a few drops to the palm and finger comb through straight hair or scrunch into curly hair for added shine.

for scalp treatments: add a good amount into hair until completely covered. put hair in bun and let sit for at least three hours or overnight. rise thoroughly after treatment.
