10 Minute Morning Ritual to change your life - No really! (Part 1 of 2)
Good morning beautiful people☀️
Right now it is 8:30AM in Austin, Texas and I just got through with my morning priming exercise. It is a modified version of one I learned from my mentors Tony Robbins and Nelly Bradis, and then added a few other components to make it my own. Feel free to do the same.
This exercise, when used habitually each day will set your life on a new positive course. Do it for 90 days straight, then come back and let us know the changes you are experiencing in all areas of you life: Health, Wellness, Relationships, Finances, Spiritual Connection, Emotionally. Literally your entire life.
How many of you, by a show of digital hands, pick up your cell phones first thing in the morning when you wake up? If that's you, and for most of us, it is, don't feel bad. It's just a symptom of the conditioning we've been exposed to. But, that said, the moment you pick up that phone, you are reacting to the external world. You are now letting someone or something else dictate your mental state right out of the gate.
Instead, take control. Become the CREATOR of your life. Become the DESIGNER of your life. This short daily prime will have you starting your day with a smile on your face and in control of your day. You will feel more "in the flow".
Ok, so without further ado, here is my morning priming exercise that I do each morning before anything else.
Step 1: Wake up - Say - "Good morning God, thank you for this day". If that doesn't resonate with you, feel free to change it to whatever does. As an aside, my brother died and came back (had an NDE) when I was in high school. If anyone wants to discuss it, DM us on IG or through Alfarahselfcare.com.
Step 2: Sit in a chair with bare feet on the ground or if you cannot, then lie flat in bed. What you will do next is raise your arms over your head and pull them down 30 times while breathing in and out of your nose (blow your nose first please LOL). You'll do 3 sets of these with a pause. Here's how that looks.
Set 1: Gratitude for your Heart and Body
Pump arms 30 times then rest your hands palms up on your thighs: Now feel how your body feels. Does it tingle. Feel the ground under your feet. If you're outside, feel the earth beneath your feet. Feel deeply grateful for your heart. It formed before your brain did in your mothers womb and has been with you through everything your entire life, pumping life giving blood, keeping you alive this entire time. Thank it for what it does for you. Now imagine all 30 trillion cells in your body lit up with God's brilliant white light. Your entire body is exploding in a brilliant white light.
Set 3:Pump arms 30 times then rest your hands palms up on your thighs:
Now say outloud - Creator of all that is seen and unseen, thank you for healing what needs to be healed in my life - my body, my emotions, my relationships, my finances (add anything specific you need).
Now breath out quickly and imagine the light quickly coming out of the earth, up through your legs and body, and out the top of your head. The light cleanses and heals your every cell, restoring it to perfect order. It cleanses your energy centers, removing past traumas, past hurts, leaving nothing but pure love and forgiveness it its place. You are cleansed.
Do this three times. Breath the healing light deeply in, and as you breath out it is removing all toxicities from your body, your mind, your soul.
Healing and Blessing to Others:
Now breath in the healing light from above but this time imagine the light collects in your chest and gets bigger and bigger with a full breath. Now when you breath out imagine it goes out from your heart center (your chest) sideways into the world blessing and healing your loved ones, your family, your friends, the world. I imagine a fog of billions of white diamond like crystals floating all around the earth encompassing all of us - all the people, animals, insects, sea creatures, trees, all of us.
Do this three times.
Now, hold your palms out in front of you and bless someone closest to you. Imagine angels surrounding and healing them. Do this for your entire family.
Now Bless your Future:
Think of something you want to accomplish in your life, in your relationships, in your health, in your finances, or anything. Now FEEL what it will be like when you accomplish it. Get a very vivid picture of it in your mind, WHEN will this be a reality for you? FEEL IT! Now reach out with our hand and grab it as if it were a ball of light. Now pull it into your heart and when it hits your chest it explodes through your body. Feel it. Now think of a second goal you want to achieve in any area of your life, your relationships, your health, your finances, Maybe you want to take a trip somewhere, maybe you want to write a book. Now reach out with your other hand and grab it and pull it into your heart. Feel it tingle as it explodes into your being. Do this over and over and get faster and faster until it is done.
Now declare.. It is Done!
Now sit for a moment and let your spirit settle in. Take in what is now true. Sit with it for a moment.
Then when you're ready, slowly open your eyes. Who are you? You are a spirit in a bio mechanical suite, having an experience of earth. A bag of water and chemicals and hormones and a bunch of other stuff that is alive with your spirit. You are bigger than you can imagine. You are more powerful than you can imagine. Now align with your creator and watch the magic happen.

I just wanted to share my experience with this priming exercise. Practicing gratitude, let alone having a morning ritual to set the tone for the day, has never been a habit for me. However, I printed this guide and followed the instructions, and practicing it for just the past two days has been nothing but transformational.
The first morning, I reached for my phone out of habit and regretted it minutes later, when I caught myself scrolling around. The second morning, I was more in control and resisted the temptation. I felt in control of my morning right from the get-go before I even started the priming session. I thanked the Universe for being alive and for this beautiful morning, clean and empty.
For the priming sessions, I started with practiced gratitude for my body, thanking it for doing an amazing job day in and day out. I thanked my loved ones and even strangers for touching my heart. I thanked the people who took the time to write the amazing books that I read daily—those who share their experiences for us to learn in days what they learned in years. I even thanked all the toxic people who entered my life for the lessons I was taught and for exiting, because that space is now a blessing. It left a space to fill with new experiences and people who deserve to be in it.
How many times are we so busy looking back when there is so much to look forward to?
Don’t be surprised if you get emotional. I’ve gotten emotional every single time so far, but they were happy tears. Tears of relief, of letting go of tensions, past trauma, and hurt. There was definitely a lot of buildup that was never addressed.
