Profound shifts

"I've experienced many different healing modalities and energy work over the past two decades. The Harmonic Egg is definitely one that I have felt significant and profound shifts. This is a phenomenal tool to help raise your vibration at every level. I personally felt huge benefits within the first two sessions. I am eagerly looking forward to my next session and highly recommend this experience." -Lucas

Anxiety & Pain? Gone in Two Sessions

"It's incredible! I've been in them several times. My first exposure gave me a delayed reaction. When I received the benefit, it diminished my anxiety, depression, and the wall I had built to protect myself which no longer served me. I was flooded with joy and compassion. My second exposure healed my left shoulder. I hadn't been able to use my arm for months and my go-to providers couldn't figure out what the issue was. Within 3 days I had full range and strength back in my arm. It's incredible!" -Jane P.

Reduce inflammation and stress

I have experienced several sessions in person as well as remotely in the Harmonic Egg at Light Pathways. Both are equally as effective! I do energy work myself and this is an excellent way that I take care of myself. It clears my own energy, and lowers my inflammation and my stress level in just a session! I highly recommend this as a way to take care of you whether you have autoimmune issues, stress, or just need a reset." -Lara

A resonance chamber for deep rest, cellular recalibration, and soul realignment.

The Harmonic Egg uses sacred geometry, resonant music, and color frequency to gently shift the body from sympathetic overdrive into deep parasympathetic healing.

Each session invites cellular harmony, emotional clearing, and spiritual alignment—with no effort required on your part. Just recline, receive, and remember your balance.

Inside the Harmonic Egg, sound and light work in harmony to guide you into deep stillness.

Reclined within a wooden chamber built on sacred geometry, you’ll be immersed in frequencies chosen with care—music, color, and intention calibrated to support your healing. The experience is gentle but powerful. Nothing is asked of you. Simply lie back, close your eyes, and allow the body to remember what balance feels like.

The Harmonic Egg offers a space to release what’s heavy and receive what’s needed.

Stress patterns begin to soften.
Hormonal rhythms return to balance.
Inflammation and tension unwind.
Grief and old emotional imprints find space to move.
Sleep deepens, restlessness calms.
Clarity, intuition, and peace gently return.

Each session begins with a brief intake, where you’ll be invited to share what’s present—physically, emotionally, energetically—and to set a clear intention for your time inside the Egg.

From there, the experience unfolds: 50 minutes of deep, uninterrupted recalibration.
You’ll recline, fully clothed, in the cocoon-like chamber.

No talking. No devices. Just sound, color, and stillness doing their quiet work.
Frequencies are selected to meet your body’s needs—your intention, your season, your spirit.

After the resonance completes, you’ll rest in silence to let the integration settle.
